Honesltly the only reason they are banning people is because Ubisoft has their heads so far up their asses that they cant see that this is only a PvE game, and that not every player spends their life in the Dark Depression Zone. you could join a lobby with a guy who has cop spawns turned up to 10x its origianl value and you could have the best time of your life, Modding is such an intigral part of that game that the only real 'cheats' are when you hack to get exclusive items or DLCs, sometimes if you make a heist extreemly easy.

Cheating in a PvE game really isnt that big of a deal, unless it affects other peoples gameplay, I have over 1000 hours in Payday 2 and cheating is held VERY laxly there, since it is stricly PvE. Ok now after looking into this it pans out that your pc is scanned by the publisher and if a cheat program is found like 'Infinity or cheat engine' thye will ban you even if you have NOT used it in the game, so i got banned just for having 2 cheat programs on my pc not for bloody using them in the game which i have not but just on the pc.
